This genuine code 64B 1956 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria glass-top has been completely restored to its original glory. It’s finished in Peacock Blue and white with a matching two-tone interior. The Data Plate is shown correct throughout. It’s equipped with a zip-out headliner that folds in inside the tiara chrome frame and that famous glass roof panel. The Ford’s 292ci Thunderbird V8, Ford-O-Matic automatic transmission and power steering give it top-level performance. The engine is complete with the original re-conditioned, carburetor and a Y-block engine dress-up kit with original Thunderbird finned valve covers and chrome spin-off wing nuts. One of only 603 glass tops produced in 1956 by Ford, this has had a complete frame-off restoration. It was built in Dearborn, MI, it has optional fenders skirts, optional exhaust tips, rocker panel trim, dual body-mount mirrors, front and rear fender shields and rear-mount deluxe antenna. The power steering has been rebuilt. The full gauge package includes electric clock.
